The online shop on Saronsongs.com sells digital music tracks. All products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Once purchased and downloaded, the music is for personal use and not for redistribution or commercial use.

PRICES:

Prices will be those indicated on the website unless otherwise agreed, and while every effort will be made to hold quoted prices for as long as possible, the company reserves the right to increase prices without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

CREATING YOUR ORDER:

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to have access to a valid and active email address in order to place your order.

As you select each item, you will be shown the updated contents of your shopping cart. You will then have the option to continue shopping, or proceed to the checkout. At the checkout, you will be required to provide a valid email address. You will proceed to final confirmation, before then continuing to payment. At each stage you will be able to return to edit your details and / or edit the contents of your shopping cart.

PAYMENT:

We provide a secure payment gateway through Paypal. Payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card, and via a Paypal account if you have one.

Payment will be debited from your account before the download link is made available/the goods are dispatched. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. When you proceed to payment you will be taken to the secure payment centre at Paypal. Your download link will be available after the payment has been processed.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

You will receive email confirmation of your order and payment within a few minutes of placing your order.

DOWNLOADS

For online downloads, the download link will become available after payment has been completed. You will be given 3 attempts at download. For large files, it is your responsibility to ensure that your internet connection is of sufficient speed and stability to maintain connection throughout the download.

CANCELLING AN ITEM

Digital downloads are treated differently to other online goods and services.

If you download an item within the normal 14 day cooling off period for online purchases, you waive the right to the 14 day cooling off period.

FAULTY DOWNLOAD

If the download is faulty, contact us and we will arrange a replacement download.
